Hello and welcome to servicejunkie!

My view on serving others begins with “the only important thing about design is how it relates to people” and this belief lies at the heart of everything I do as a designer.

My focus through servicejunkie is working with you to facilitate the ‘fuzzy front end’ of the design process, sharing my skills and my experience of designing ‘with’ people to co-discover opportunities for making everything you offer more useful, usable and desirable for your customers.

I will guide you through the co-design process, using the participatory tools, methods and approaches of Service Design to creatively engage you in the phases of collectively identifying, understanding and finding creative solutions to your business challenges.

Service Design is an emerging discipline, which requires this more collaborative approach so that the available knowledge, skills and resources in your organisation are aligned to create new forms of value for your business and the people that you serve.
